How to overcome shyness and build your self confidence!

Are you someone who is generally shy and uncomfortable to strike the conversation?
There are situations in life that forces us to take a step ahead and asks us to come out of our comfort zone. Well, when that happens you know you gotta be bold and confident in your approach right?

There are some ways to challenge yourself to beat the shyness and be confident:-

1. Practice- So how do you practice your personal development in terms of confidence? It isn't easy to overcome shyness all of a sudden if you are naturally shy as a person. However, you can do so by practicing some self talk with yourself. How that happens? Just consider yourself facing the crowd and how would you wanna look in front of them while interacting. Confident correct! In order to do that, start practicing to talk in front of the mirror. Automatically, you will begin to feel confident about yourself.

2. Level up- Once you do the self mirror talk, next would be to level up! In ways you wanna level up, ask yourself what makes you shine as a person. Is it something you wanna change about yourself? Self questions often leads one to acknowledge what needs to be correct in terms of changes for growth. Also, you can do so by doing self check on your behaviour. 

It can get better once you recognize your weakness, say you have stage fright. To deal with that first work on yourself by improving your communication skills, knowledge and then you will feel that things are working out for you.

3. Be Inquisitive- You wanna build your self confidence then you gotta be inquisitive about learning some things in life that you are willing to do. Example- you wanna be good in public speaking then you have to be curious about the new trends in the industry you are into and speak about it to the audience. Not only will your audience be glad you conveyed the message correctly, also they will gain knowledge. In turn, you would feel happier you did your work well!
