Most of us deal with not feeling appreciated or worthy, why does that happen? Usually, it occurs when we are faced with rejection and disapproval of some sort. We tend to lose motivation henceforth it affects our behaviour as well. Self worth comes from a place of love and gratitude, so don't forget to love yourself first. Even though you are being told by someone you are not good enough or doesn't have the capability to achieve your goal, just prove them wrong. Work on building your personality, traits like being generous and kind can sum it up for feeling good about yourself. Confidence level shines up when you feel worthy of yourself, otherwise a negative remark or criticism which is not healthy can make you feel low.

1. Affirmation- One of the most powerful method to acknowledge your self worth is by doing affirmation. When people around you criticize you for no good reason and put you down, the best you can do is to say to yourself sentences like- I am worthy. I am appreciated. I am loved. 2. Recognize what you are good at- If you are good at some hobby, remember to love that. Don't keep it sideways, as it can give you self worthiness feeling. When we recognize our capabilities then we can enjoy our hobby and this in turn can help you in building your self esteem.
3. Reward yourself- For achieving any task or completing a goal reward yourself. Understand you can only feel happy and at ease with yourself when you not only love yourself but pat yourself in the back for doing a commendable job!
